The STOVE is designed for people who love the feel of wood and enjoy paying extra attention to the way food is served and displayed. The Stove can be used as a plate, a serving dish or just as a beautiful object on a table. It is hand made out of solid Black Alder.

The inspiration and the name for the plate come from a dish chefs Henri Alén and Tommi Tuominen created for the Finnjävel Restaurant. The dish was to be served over small heated rocks, in a way reminiscent of a warm summer evening having sauna by the lake, and an evening snack prepared on the wood-burning stove.

The plates can be washed and they endure heavy use as long as they are occasionally treated with oil. The Stove is part of Finnjävel Collection
